AN ACRE OF CHAOS aka Gramma ZZ’s mind

I have left comments at everybody’s blogs and they never show up. So this is just to let you know I have gone there, seen things, like things, comment on things and nothing shows up. Before I left town I left comments and nothing showed up…anybody else having this problem.

I was sitting in the back seat with Holly so was able to get some good close up pics.

Finally have a good connection at the hotel we are in. These were taken before the dedication.

I have searched the internet tonight and have not found out what kind of duck this is. It has a really odd look to it. I think it was a laboratory mutation that escaped. If anybody knows what this is please comment…

 

and couldn’t believe the beautiful effects.. 

Some cactus pears and after we left the gardens we stopped at a park in Riverside where I knew there were lots of ducks…

This is either an egret or a crane, but I think an egret. 

I know I do. Would love to know what the markings represent as they are different on each turtle. I guess it’s the same with us. No two alike…unless your identical twins which I happened to see today while we were out and will post later.

 

Now…just what are these spices for?? I couldn’t figure it out so I had a half bottle of wine instead…grin…
Starting this week I begin to cook again. Actually I intend to try and really like doing it. I’m sure a little wine will help..
